Here is the purifying diet to follow for 3 days. Make it Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Saturday Eat light but normal in order to accustom body to food and on Sunday, Easter Sunday, Treat yourself to some well whim!
Breakfast
1 cup apple centrifuged
1 cup Centrifuged Carrot
1 cup barley coffee
Lunch
1 fresh fruit
1 bowl vegetable seasoned with 1 teaspoon olive oil and lemon juice
Dinner
Steamed mixed vegetables seasoned with 1 teaspoon oil and lemon juice or vinegar
60 gr rice Full tomato or mixed with fresh vegetables or 60 grams of rice with vegetables as desired (without butter) or soup Vegetables with 30 to 40 grams of rice.
